4. Conclusion of the contract
Once with the registration of an order on bnb4moto.com website, the buyer / client agrees with the communication method used by the company B & B MOTO SRL - website administrator, respectively by telephone or email.
The conclusion of the contract takes place only at the moment of issuing the fiscal invoice and not at the launch of the order or at the issue of the automatic confirmation of receipt of this order. The automatic issue of the confirmation of receipt of the order is NOT equivalent to the conclusion of the contract between the seller and the buyer.
After placing the order, for justified reasons, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order of the client / buyer, without prior notification, and this one will be refunded the money collected by the company B & B MOTO SRL within 7 days. At the same time, we reserve the right to change the quantity of the products from the order, depending on their availability in stock.
Offers and prices displayed on the website bnb4moto.com are valid for a maximum of 12 hours.
The products can be delivered within a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 30 days, from the moment when all the order details (payment method, payment term) have been validated. All the information / modalities used to describe the goods on the website does not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, this one being used exclusively for presentation, delivery, stocks, prices.
The products are available within the limit of the stock.
For orders exceeding 320 euro , we may request an advance payment of at least 20% of the order value, the payment to be made by bank transfer.

6. Cancellation of the order
bnb4moto.com (managed by SC B & B MOTO SRL) and its suppliers do not assume responsibility for printing or display errors regarding the prices, features or images of the products.
In case an order cannot be honoured due to such errors, bnb4moto.com reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notification.
B & B MOTO SRL works hard to provide correct information about the price and features of the products. Some prices may be wrong. In the case of registering an order with a derisory price, B & B MOTO SRL has the right to cancel the Buyer's order.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order, without any subsequent obligation of either party or without any party being able to claim damages, in the following situations, and not only:
• the prices displayed on the bnb4moto.com website are the result of a material error;
• the ordered product(s) is (are) out of stock;
• the transaction was not accepted by the Buyer's card issuing bank;
• the data provided by the Customer / Buyer on the website is incomplete and / or incorrect;
7. Guarantees
All products are accompanied by invoice. The guarantee is related to the conformity.
8. Return Policy
RETURN IN 14 DAYS
The delivered product does not fit you or you simply do not like it? There's no problem.
You can return faraji within 14 calendar days from receiving the package, having the possibility to choose another product or the money back according to Romanian legislation OUG 34/2014!
The shipping cost is not FREE, and the return to the buyer will be equal to the amount of the products, the amount invoiced without shipping.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Orders placed that contain an exchange with another product will not benefit from free shipping.
The cost of the Round and Return transport is not FREE, and the replacement of the product with another product must have a value equal to or greater than the value of the returned product.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR FAULTY PRODUCT
Delivery of defective product or other than the one ordered?
If you received a different product than the one you ordered or the product is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via email at contact@bnb4moto.com, in order to remedy this inconvenience, by replacing or refunding the money, and all transport charges will be fully borne by www.bnb4moto.com
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
1. Before sending the parcel, please do not send an email to contact@bnb4moto.com in which you do not inform about the type of return requested.
2. Pack the product in the appropriate original packaging, to ensure that it reaches us in good condition.
3. Send with the agreed courier company and stability agreed with us
RETURN NOTE:
For orders paid with the Card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 working days from the acceptance/reception of the return.
For orders paid with cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 working days from the acceptance/reception of the return and receipt of the correct bank details.
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IF:
The parts show traces of assembly, painting or welding;
The pieces show traces of hits, traces of damage or are incomplete;
The pieces no longer have the inscriptions applied;
The parts are not accompanied by the purchase documents.
We reserve the right for customers with undelivered parcels to honor the following orders only with advance payment.
9. Disputes
Any possible disputes regarding the execution of the contract will be settled between the seller and the consumer / client amicably, otherwise the parties can address the competent court at the headquarters of the trader / seller S.C. B & B MOTO SRL, namely the Suceava District Court.

According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of the persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as subsequently amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, our website managed by SC B & B MOTO SRL has the obligation to manage the personal data you provide about you, a member of your family or another person in a safe manner and only for the specified purposes. The purpose of data collection is to use them for billing and delivery of the ordered products.
The recorded information is intended for use by the operator for the purpose of delivering the products and is communicated only by you. According to the Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, the right of intervention on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to address the justice. At the same time, you have the right to oppose the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of such data. About card payments
The online payment system involves making payments through cards in a secure environment. Online payments made on our website benefit from the 3D Secure Security Protocol (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Cod).
3D Secure means a new global approach to authenticating buyers and sellers in secure online transactions. This security measure involves the redirection of the user when making the payment on a secure page where the registration of each card holder is made by assigning an authorization code for each online transaction. The cards accepted for payment are those issued by VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV / CV2 codes).
In order to complete the transaction under optimal conditions you will have to provide:
• Cardholder name
• Card code (the 4 groups of digits mentioned on the card face, without spaces)
• Card expiry date
• CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the card inscribed on the signature tape)
The transactions will be made in lei, regardless of your card, under the conditions agreed with the card issuing bank. In order to carry out the transaction on our website, no additional commission will be charged. Card data processing is done exclusively on mobilpay.ro servers. Our website does not request and does not store any details regarding your card.

• In stock - we have more than 3 pieces in stock
• Limited stock - we have less than 3 pieces in stock
• In supplier’s stock - the product is not available in stock in our warehouse but it may be in the supplier's warehouse. If you register an order for a product that is entitled „in supplier’s stock”, one of our sales consultants will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when we will deliver your product.
• On order - the product is not available in stock in our warehouse and for the moment we have no information about its availability in the supplier's stock. But, if you register an order for a product that is entitled „to order”, one of our sales consultants will check the availability of the product in the supplier's stock and will contact you to let you know when we deliver your product.
• Out of stock - the product is no longer available in stock in our warehouse or in showrooms
• Currently unavailable - at the moment we cannot buy the product because it is not in the supplier's stock.
